Gave us a non-smoking room despite accidentally booking a smoking one. Very clean! Comfortable beds! Most of the furnishings looked brand new! Liked the liquid soaps and shampoo dispensers that were installed.

The area was nice, it was close to SAP Center and Sharks Ice/ Tech C U Arena, the staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean and comfy

the front desk lady was extremely kind and patient. i came with so many questions and she answered them all. the manager is a kind guy too
